At bio gas plant Domzale renovation of higenizatin of a substrate proces was carried out. Product is then sent to a digester for the production of bio-gas. The substrate is a liquid blend of bio-waste, which is necessary to higenizate before further processing, that is heated to temperature above 70 degrees for at least one hour. The system has entrance tank of the substrate from which the alternating two tanks are filled for carrying higenization proces. Tanks is are heated with heating system, that is heated up to the operating temperature of about 70 degrees, and at this temperature, maintain at least one hour. The content of the tanks is then poured forward in the technological process.

Operation of the system is fully automated, the operator needs only to set on or off the system, according to the needs.
